Founding Vision and Humble Origins
In the heart of Tubod, Lanao Del Norte, Tahche’s founder and CEO Bryan Luoma set out with a dream to create something extraordinary. With the goal of showcasing Filipino talent to the world, Bryan’s ambitions knew no bounds. On September 8, 2012, Tahche emerged as the vessel of this vision, officially opening its doors and setting the stage for a remarkable journey.
From Dream to Reality
Tahche’s journey started with a single client, as most startups do. Only through relentless dedication did it quickly evolve into a powerhouse, expanding its clientele to as many as ten in just the following year. Clients came from various industries, and it was Tahche’s pleasure to learn and cater to their individual needs, connecting them with Filipino professionals vetted to match their business requirements with utmost dedication. This marked the beginning of a meteoric rise.
Specialization and Diversification
Recognizing the diverse needs of its clients, Tahche’s core group first made a strategic decision to specialize its services in 2013. General Drafting, Surveying, Telecommunications, and Architecture became the pillars upon which Tahche’s expertise rested. This early period saw the team’s exponential growth, as new recruits joined the ranks, and the Tahche tribe began to expand.
A Time of Expansion
As the years passed, Tahche saw the opportunity to branch out and was soon catering to clients from almost all industries, including healthcare, finance, marketing, and more. But it faced the challenges of expansion head-on. The move to a more centralized location in Dumlog, Talisay City, was just the beginning. The later establishment of its office in The Greenery, Cebu City, provided a modern haven for the growing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Strength Amidst Adversity
The year 2020 saw the dawn of the COVID-19 pandemic, bringing with it unprecedented challenges. Yet, Tahche’s spirit remained unbroken. In the face of adversity, the company not only survived but thrived. It innovated in the face of uncertainty, putting to use modern technology to ease recruitment and management as Tahche embraced remote work and tailored solutions that not only sustained its operations but also propelled its clients’ businesses forward.
Embracing the Future with Confidence
The journey has led Tahche to its most exciting chapter yet. With a bigger and brighter office space at the 1Nito Tower located at the heart of Cebu’s business district and a satellite office in IBP Tower, Ortigas, Metro Manila, Tahche is poised to embrace even greater growth opportunities. These new spaces, with a cumulative area of over 2,000 square meters, cater to its more than 400 employees, and stand as symbols of Tahche’s commitment to progress.
Soon, Tahche will also be releasing an innovative new mobile app that will revolutionize how recruitment is done. This new app will be an all-in-one platform that will streamline the search for top candidates, the matching and hiring process, and management.
