Employees’ Appreciation Week at Tahche: A Tribute to Excellence
From February 19 to 24, Tahche hosted a week-long celebration dedicated to honoring the hard work and dedication of its exceptional workforce — the Tahche tribe.
Community Feast
The week kicked off with a simple community feast that brought employees together to enjoy Filipino treats and the company of one another. Free snacks were also made available at the break nooks to keep everyone filled with good vibes throughout the work week. Needless to say, no one was seen “hangry” during Employees’ Appreciation Week.
Pinoy Henyo
The classic Pinoy Henyo game added a touch of fun and friendly competition to the celebration. Employees showcased their wit, quick thinking, and most especially their humor, as they guessed words and phrases placed on their foreheads with the help of their teammates. This filled the office with laughter and good spirits, providing a bonding experience that transcended the usual work routine.
Mobile Legends Tournament
Tahche organized a Mobile Legends Tournament that saw employees forming teams and competing in the popular online multiplayer game. The tournament not only highlighted the competitive spirit within the Tahche tribe but also emphasized the importance of working together towards a common goal. All while using a fun gaming platform everyone loves!
BINGO Night
BINGO Night brought an element of excitement and anticipation to the Employees’ Appreciation Week. With enticing prizes up for grabs, employees enthusiastically marked their cards, creating an electric atmosphere of suspense and camaraderie.
Film Showing
Tahche also organized a film showing where employees gathered to enjoy popular movies together. This laid-back activity provided a well-deserved break for the hardworking professionals, allowing them to unwind during break times and after shifts with workmates turned friends.
Employees Recognition Night
Tahche’s Employees’ Appreciation Week culminated during the Employees’ Recognition Night. During the event, outstanding employees from each division who were nominated and chosen by Tahche clients and managers alike were acknowledged and celebrated for their exceptional contributions.
