Tahche’s Management Team Shares What They’re Thankful For This Year

As we all know, this year has been challenging for businesses and employees alike. So, it’s no surprise that Tahche’s management team has much to be thankful for this year. Here are some of their thoughts:

Al: “Growth is the central theme that comes to mind when I think Tahche in 2022. I’m thankful to be part of a company that grows as the world eases out of the pandemic. It is also a privilege to have a front-row seat in witnessing the personal growth of Tahche’s team members.”

Amy: “There is much to be thankful for in Tahche this 2022. But the one thing that tops my list is the opportunity to provide careers, jobs, lifestyles, identities, and hopes to a hundred (and counting) rockstar talent among Filipinos. When I think of Tahche in 2022, I see myself receiving the unexpected Balikat ng Bayan awards all over again with great humility, honor, respect, and gratitude to everyone who brought prestige to the work they do every day. Not just for me but for all of us at Tahche, it has been quite a journey. The challenges we met along the way only made our company stronger.”

Therese: “The first Tahche team building was in the middle of the pandemic. It was both a personal and company success. I was the event coordinator then. The Cheetah comes to my mind because it is focused, agile, speedy, and tenacious; it is always service with a heart for me. It doesn’t tire running after its prey until it captures it. This is how I see Tahche go after its goals. I am proud to be part of this great team.’

It’s clear that Tahche’s employees have a lot to be thankful for this year. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, they’ve been able to grow as individuals and businesses.

As we reflect on what we’re thankful for this year, let us not forget the hard work and dedication of Tahche’s employees. They are the reason behind our company’s success, and we are truly grateful for all they do. From all of us at Tahche, have a happy and safe Thanksgiving!
