Terms and Conditions for Signing Up as a Talent for Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before signing up as a talent for Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your engagement with Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up as a talent for Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not sign up as a talent.

2. Eligibility

To sign up as a talent, you must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the country where Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. operates.

3. Registration

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself, including your name, contact details, qualifications, and work experience. You agree to keep this information updated and notify Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. promptly of any changes.

4. Talent Evaluation

Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. reserves the right to evaluate your skills, qualifications, and suitability for the available positions. This evaluation may include interviews, tests, background checks, and reference checks. The company’s decision regarding your acceptance as a talent is final.

5. Confidentiality

During your engagement with Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc., you may have access to confidential information, including but not limited to client details, trade secrets, business strategies, and proprietary information. You agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc.

6. Job Placements

While Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. will make reasonable efforts to match talents with suitable job placements, it does not guarantee job offers or employment. The final decision regarding job placements rests with the client companies, and Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. will not be held liable for any failure to secure a job placement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time without cause by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you agree to return any Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. property, including documents, equipment, or confidential information, in your possession.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc., its employees, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your engagement with the company, including but not limited to your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or this Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the aforementioned jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Agreement on the company’s website. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically for any changes.
