Tahchella Festival 2024 Makes Waves To Beat the Philippine Heat
The scenic Tambuli Seaside Resort and Spa bore witness to Tahche’s annual summer event, chosen as the venue for the much-anticipated Tahchella Festival 2024. The summer party took place last April 13, 2024, bringing together employees from Cebu and the rest of the Philippines for a day of Coachella-inspired festivities and bohemian vibes.
The day commenced with a lively meet and greet pizza party, where employees from outside of Cebu had the opportunity to mingle with Tahche’s CEO, Bryan Luoma, who was accompanied by his beautiful wife, Delores. This informal gathering set the stage for the day’s festivities and fostered a sense of unity among the Tahche tribe.
Following the meet and greet, Tahche dove into a series of team-building activities designed to promote and highlight its core values: straight-up honesty, hassle-free communication, and die-hard service. Divided into four teams—red, blue, gray, and yellow—employees also competed to create the best flag design and deliver the most spirited cheer. Winning the former was the Blue Team, while the latter was won by the Red Team.
As the sun began to set, guests were treated to a sumptuous buffet dinner featuring the renowned Cebu Lechon, a highlight of the evening’s culinary delights.
The festivities continued with a lively program, featuring speeches from Tahche executives and clients, including CEO Bryan Luoma and VP for Special Projects Vicky Francois.
Rockstar employees then took to the stage to perform songs and dances, treating the audience to a show of extreme skill and entertainment which received much enthusiasm and applause.
Winning Best Dressed for the night was Ancandy and Michael who were both called on stage to flaunt their style.
As the program drew to a close, guests were invited to dance the night away to the tunes of a live band. This saw executives, team leaders, and staff alike dancing like the best of friends under the summer moon, embraced by the warm sea breeze, and pushed to show off their best moves by the beat of the music.
