“…We also have to take into consideration the emerging trends. And then all of a sudden, considering the fast and then the ever-evolving environment when it comes to digital, you also need to force yourself to adapt to it. It’s something that has driven me along the way to also be my source of inspiration whenever I’m crafting the campaigns.”

“It’s also best to consider: “How do we best optimize the next set of campaigns, depending on the performance of those said campaigns?”

“I’d say for the bare minimum, you need your technical skills […]. You can’t operate on digital if you don’t know how to work on tech. And then the second one would be strategic thinking especially since you’re going to head the planning stage and then you’ll also have to work with a lot of people when it comes to doing the execution. So it’s best to have a 360 degree approach when it comes to doing the marketing campaigns overall.”

Jen’s proudest moments revolve around helping establish Tahche’s digital presence. From virtually nothing, she and her team created strong online footprints, formed partnerships with digital PRs, and ventured into advertising. Her accomplishments are a testament to the collaborative efforts of the Growth Marketing Team.

 

“Along the way, it’s also something I’d consider as a collaborative effort across the Growth Marketing Team and not something that I’m solely proud of myself when it comes to executing the task. “

As an individual beyond her being a Digital Communications Specialist, Jen’s passion for fashion and her impressive accolades in the office are undeniable. She won Best Dressed at the 2022 Manila Christmas Party and earned the same title for the Tahche Fashion Face Off (aka Fashion 101), an employee engagement initiative.
