Amy has over three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and BPO industries, working in different capacities for various top multinational companies. She has successfully managed strategy for top brands like Augmentin, Engerix, and Gardasil, and several large accounts including VONAGE, Best Buy, United American Airlines, AT & T, British Telecoms, and VacationRoost/LeisureLink, with over 200 licensed and experienced staff.

Currently, she leads Tahche as the General Manager and is primarily in charge of overseeing general business strategy and managing the company’s overall operations.

Cherry Obsequies

Financial Expert

Cherry is a CPA and a seasoned professional with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industries. She has more than 33 years of experience working for some of the largest corporations in the Philippines, particularly involved in developing and implementing financial systems, strategies, processes, and controls.

Cherry’s extensive background in Budgeting, Internal Audit, Managerial Finance, Account Reconciliation, and Accounting, combined with her expert guidance and objective insights help position the business to deliver simultaneous top-line and bottom-line growth.

Roxanne has several years of experience in managing a wide range of human resources functions for full-service global businesses, with an extensive background in Full-Cycle Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits Management, Performance Management, Policy Design and Development, Labor Relations, and Training & Development.

As the Human Capital Expert, she brings to Tahche creative, leading-edge solutions—helping and supporting in driving organizational growth and excellence.

Tim Soberano

HR Operations Manager

Tim has decades of People Management and Organizational Development experience under her belt. She honed her expertise in building world-class organizations with multinational corporations across different fields such as construction, mining, transportation, logistics, outsourcing, and services industries.

She is leading Tahche’s team of Human Resources (HR) professionals in ensuring the company’s employees continue to love being part of their respective clients and Tahche, overseeing employee relations and support processes, and promoting employee wellness and happiness.
