Tahche Wraps Up Mental Health Awareness Month with Yoga, Workshops, and More
Tahche concluded Mental Health Awareness Month this May with a series of activities aimed at promoting mental well-being among its employees and fostering a balanced and healthy work environment. The initiatives included yoga sessions, workshops, and a fun online contest.
Finding Inner Zen with Yoga
To promote physical and mental well-being, Tahche teamed up with Teacher Kai Sotto, an expert yoga instructor based in Metro Manila, for a revitalizing afternoon of yoga. This session was available onsite at the Tahche Ortigas office and via Zoom for Cebu-based and remote employees. The yoga practice emphasized mindfulness and stress reduction, helping participants achieve inner peace and better physical health.
Empowering Leadership and Employees Through Workshops
Tahche also hosted mental health workshops featuring Dr. Emmanuel Hernani. Dr. Hernani, a distinguished psychologist and director of Psychosomatherapia, brought his extensive expertise to the sessions designed for managers, client leaders, and staff.
- Workshop for Managers and Client Leaders: This workshop focused on the impact of mental health on leadership, providing strategies for supporting team members and fostering a positive work environment, especially on an offshore setting.
- Workshop for Staff: Aimed at addressing burnout and work-life balance, this session offered practical advice and techniques to manage stress and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
