Technical Recruiter (Software Development)

We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Specialist/Technical Recruiter with relevant experience ideally in an IT Firm or Software Development Company. 

The Recruitment Specialist/Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, testing, and providing headcount requirements for specialized technology, development, and other IT-related roles through the implementation of effective recruitment strategies and programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience of at least 5 years doing recruitment with expertise in sourcing leads from different channels
  • Experience working for an IT and/or Software Development Company is a huge plus (Candidates from a different industry are still encouraged to apply) 
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment ( We rarely do massive hiring but we have different vacancies for different divisions each time so sourcing skills and interviewing skills are a must with the ability to identify rockstar talents)  
  • Proficient using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is recommended. (No experience is acceptable as long as trainable) 
  • For Outside Cebu applicants (Manila/Luzon Area ideally), the RS/TR must have the capacity to function as a pioneer Recruiter and build a team there (This will be a work from home, flexible schedule until we open an office there) 
  • For Cebu-based candidates, must be willing to work in an office setting

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages the full-cycle recruiting process to include: writing job postings, developing and implementing sourcing strategies, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews, with key emphasis on pipeline development and improving time to fill
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates to evaluate the candidate’s work ethic, sincerity, honesty, interpersonal skills
  • Facilitate technical assessments and thorough technical screening to determine candidate’s potential, qualifications and background, including education and experience
  • Partners with hiring managers/clients in order to identify, communicate, and achieve affirmative action goals/targets
  • Build and maintain a strong and effective candidate pipeline, possessing key talent potentially available for immediate hiring and for succession planning
  • Any other task/duty as directed by client/management
