Client Sales and Service Coordinator.

Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc’s partner company helps digitally native brands and retails to
sustainably scale their business through real-time inventory management, fulfillment automation,
accurate forecasting, & consolidated financial reporting.

We are looking for an experienced Client Sales and Service Coordinator to oversee the earliest stages of a customer’s journey with the company. This is a remote opportunity and the ideal position for anyone looking to grow their career in ecommerce, supply chain management, or SaaS Software. This role will also be responsible for streamlining internal communication related to lead management and key internal sales and marketing processes.

● Experience with any SaaS software technology is a plus
● A strong phone/ email presence and confidence to engage in consultative conversations with
managerial and executive contacts.
● Familiar with Chatterbox or any related platform
● Knowledge of the ecommerce industry and supply chain management is a plus
● Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
● Knowledgeable in marketing automation systems (e.g. HubSpot) and integrating those
systems with other technologies.

● Serve as a liaison for lead communication, scheduling, and reporting for marketing &
● Manage and answer questions in chat, and respond to requests for information via email
Capture lead details and update records in Hubspot, Salesforce, and other relevant
●Speak with customers daily who are able to learn our product to an extent and be able to speak to it with potential
prospects that come into our lead portal.
● Accurately assign lead grades to inbound leads based on a lead qualification rubric
● Quickly and efficiently call inbound leads and schedule discovery appointments with the
assigned sales representative
● Effectively BANT inbound leads and referrals prior to making the appropriate rep
● Support sales with RFPs, customer scoping questions, and similar intelligence gathering
● ● Build and personalize outreach to potential leads, such as webinar attendees, key
accounts, & former sales opportunities.
● Develop insights on the behaviors and patterns of our contacts
● Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
● Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas
● Work with sales and marketing to identify gaps in key personas and contact information
within strategic accounts
